Being healthy doesnt just centre on how you look. It goes beyond how you feel but instead, it is much pertinent to have a health check at least twice in three months so that you can be very sure you arent dying slowly.
The normal sugar level ranges from 70mg/dl - 110mg/dl.
If it is lower than 70, then it is likely you are suffering from low blood dugar otherwise known as hypogycemia.
If it is higher than 110, this indicates you have high blood sugar which indicates diabetes.
However, scientists say that when the blood sugar is reading 88mg/dl, such a person has a 6% risk of developing diabetes.
When it is reading 100, you are prediabetic already.
This shows that you have to know your sugar level so that you can develop ways to control it or elevate it if it is low.
